Although we check the product before delivery. If the case is impossible, for example the product can not be used normally, production error, the screen is not show some place, the software is incomplete, or can not record. We recommends that customer check the product within 3 days after receipt. If the product is damaged or error of production.

We will ship the new with no cost to you within 3 days (depending on the stock of each item). If you detect the damage after that period. We must to check and contact to the manufacturer. Therefore, the delivery time of new product or repair, may take 15-45 business days.

If you have received the product but want to change or return for any reason, please contact our sales staff within 3 days of receipt. We imports products directly from manufacturer and we are the official distribution that can serve you as direct purchase from the manufacturer.

  • To accurately read the values of device and tools of companies, factories, industries, etc... according to international standards.
  • Device calibration is important to the operation. Including security both of user and device as well, it should be sent at least 1-2 times a year.
  • And should be calibration with standard laboratory. To facilitate our clients, we provides to calibration with the institute, laboratory that certified and manufacturer only. To ensure for our customer, also saves time and money.

The problem is usually encountered when sending a calibrator.

  • The purchasing officer and lab staff not understand when they're discuss. Purchasing officer are not expert, when discussing about details, specifications, setting and technical terms such as, accuracy, UUC, uncertainty of measurement,...
  • When calibration is not according to standard. Customer/ Purchasing officer must contact the supplier to inquire how to adjust the tools. If uses our service, that will be save time and no need to contact by yourself. We can contact to the manufacturer directly, to serve our client.
  • Some measurement tools require calibration equipment. If uses our service, customer do not have to rent equipment to the laboratory. Cost saving (The rate of rental equipment is daily)
  • The laboratory staff can't use device? Especially when sending a recorder to calibrate. Laboratory must be installed programmed, or can not export the data, or customer need to teach them to use??
  • The device was damaged, accessories are missing??
  • ……..

There is 3 types of calibration service

  1. New device calibration service, customer can be request the certificate when purchased. Some brands can be calibrated from the factory, we recommends calibration when ordering a new device. Because the manufacturer is specialized and no problem for calibration such as, device was damaged, accessories are missing, calibration failed. And ensure that your device is accurate with certificate, in additional also saves the time and costs.
  2. Yearly calibration service, normally we recommend to send to calibration at least 1-2 time a year to check the device is accurate or not? We reserve the right to send only brands and models that we are distibutor (If any brands or models that we are not distributor, we are not experts about or can not contact to the manufacturer). So if the customer would like to send to calibration just feel free to contact us.
  3. Maintenance and calibration service by manufacturer, some parts require replacement of parts, sensors, load cells or some components before calibration. Checking the condition of the device and replacing the necessary parts will require a quality tool from manufacturer and good spare parts. We are pleased to offer consultation and advice under close guidance from the manufacturer. Sending a calibrated without maintenance, it can cause unnecessary costs, such as an oxygen meter the sensor life about 1-2 years. Assume that you have been used for over a year and then sent a calibration. After 3-4 months, the sensor has expired and need to buy a new sensor that also have to re-calibration again. That's meant more costs and more times you losted.
