Procedure


Press <COD>. Press <Enter> to change over to the display of measurement procedure. Fill the cell with 25 mL of sample (up to the line).	Add 0.5 mL of R-1 reagent with the attached syringe into the cell. Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell 5 - 6 times.	Insert the cell into the cell box with ▼ of cell facing ▲ of cell box. Press <Blank>. Take out the cell and add R-2 reagent, then press <Start>.	Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell lightly 5 - 6 times. Before 10 minutes pass, insert the cell into the cell box with ▼ of cell facing ▲ of cell box. After 10 minutes passed, the measurement will be displayed automatically. The waste liquid after measurement must be adjusted to neutral pH levels by adding 8 drops (0.5mL) of COD neutralizer.
