  • Insert the cell into the cell box with ▼ of cell facing ▲ of cell box. Press <Blank>.
  • Take out the cell from the cell box and add R-1 Reagent, then press <Start>.
  • Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell 5 - 6 times.
  • Before 2 minutes pass, insert the cell into the cell box immediately with ▼ of cell facing▲ of cell box.
  • After 2 minutes passed, the measurement will be displayed automatically.
