Procedure


Press S Press <Enter> to change over to the display of measurement procedure. Fill the cell with 25 mL of sample (up to the line). Insert the cell into the cell box with ▼ of cell facing ▲ of cell box. Press <Blank>.	Take out the cell from the cell box and add 2 mL of R-1 reagent with an attached dropper into the cell. Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell 5 - 6 times.	Add R-2 reagent and press <Start>. Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell 5 - 6 times.	Before 3 minutes pass, insert the cell into the cell box immediately with ▼ of cell facing▲ of cell box. After 3 minutes passed, the measurement will be displayed automatically.
