  • Press <Enter> to change over to the display of measurement procedure.
  • Fill the cell with 25 mL of sample (up to the line).
  • Insert the cell into the cell box with ▼ of cell facing ▲ of cell box. Press <Blank>.
  • Take out the cell from the cell box and add 1 mL of R-1 Reagent with the attached dropper into the cell.
  • Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell 5 - 6 times. Wait for 4 minutes.
  • Add R-2 reagent into the cell.
  • Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell 5 - 6 times. Wait for 4 minute.
  • ใAdd R-2 reagent into the cell and press Start.
  • Cap the cell tightly and shake the cell 5 - 6 times.
  • Before 5 minutes pass, insert the cell into the cell box immediately with ▼ of cell facing▲ of cell box.
  • After 5 minutes passed, the measurement will be displayed automatically.
