How to use Kyoritsu PACKTEST

1. Fill the Cell up to the first line (1.5 ml) with sample. Add 2 drops of K-1 reagent
2. Put on the cap and shake well to dissolve reagent completely.
3. Add 0.3ml of K-2 reagent and shake for 2-3 times
4. Open the cap and leave to stand for 5 min.
5. Remove the line to clear aperture from top of the tube.
6. Press the sides of the tube to expel air, and hold the tube.
7. Immerse the aperture of the tube into the Cell, pressing against the bottm, and release to take all the sample from the cell into the tube. Shake the tube lightely for 10 times.
8. After 1 minutes the actual color in the tube with provided Standard Color.
