Sales Engineer
Description:
Responsibility for distribution of famous brand from JAPAN and USA in Thailand
Travelling to visit potential clients
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
Making quotations, PO Process and coordinate with others to finish process until customer receive goods
Negotiating tender and contract terms
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
Offering after-sales support services
Administering client accounts
Analyzing costs and sales
Preparing Monthly Sales Report for Sales Manager
Preparing Monthly accumulative sales report to Clients
Meeting regular sales targets
Recording and maintaining client contact data
Co-ordinating sales projects
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
Solving client problems
Helping in the design of custom-made products
Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Qualification:
Thai Male / Female
Age 25-35 years
Bachelor Degree in flied of Electrical Engineer, Data science and AI development or related
Having 3 year up experience in Sale Engineer in electrical industry would be advantage
Good command of PC literacy and Microsoft office
Good communicate skills in English
Must have car drive license
Ready to learn new things and fast learning

Administrative and HR Officer
Administrative function:
Responsible for overall of admin functions and day to day operations, Facilitate company internal working such as Internet, telephone line, etc.
Oversee company vehicles, and office management such as office supplies, housemaid, Key, etc.
Support office documentation
Update, record and manage for company assets
Welcomes visitors by greeting them face to face or on the telephone as an Operator
Manage and take care company car such as insurance, checkup car, etc.
Manage Visa and work permit process for employee
Plan, organize and manage for daily, monthly, yearly tasks
Coordinate and Support of internal and external work for company
Perform other related duties and administrative tasks as assigned
HR function:
Responsible for overall of HR functions
Prepare material for new employee, record and control employee asset such as computer, phone etc.
Responsible for employee welfare such as social security, insurance, annual checkup health for employee, etc.
Maintain update HR Database, announcement.
Filing employment contract and other important documents
Support all human resource related activities such as team building, CSR, and company outing.
Support daily work by assigned
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM or related field
Age above 27 years old
At least 3 years’ experience in Administrative and HR
Basic understanding of English in reading and speaking
Ability in multitasking and Service mind
Knowledge basic about Thailand Labor regulations
Strong communication, problem solving, coordination and organizational skill
Mature with a good attitude and willing to learn new things
Carefully, High responsibility, Diligence, Honesty, Patience, and Enthusiastic
A good team player as well as working independently
Computer literate skills (Microsoft Office and Internet)
